Adapting to change.
After quite a week of developments both at home and abroad, we have taken steps to allow us to continue to trade safely whilst also giving you additional choices.
We have scaled back the packaging and personalisation department to ensure your parcel is only handled by one person at ASALI HQ from the point the order is received on our system.
We have also taken the decision to change our routine method of delivery using Royal Mail. This is to eliminate travel on our side from the point of order and therefore allows us to continue trading whilst adhering to government advice.
However this does not prevent us from getting your purchases to you.
We will now be using the DPD Contactless Collection service.
This means your parcel will collected directly from us without contact between parties and can be delivered to your residence without a signature. Read more about this service here.
Need a gift? Here are your options:
- Order an E-gift voucher and add your recipients email address to the notes section of your order and we will do the rest.
- Order a gift but ask us to send an email to the recipient and deliver when the lockdown period ends (you will receive proof of your order and delivery)
- Order as normal and we will deliver using the DPD Contactless Delivery service, you can expect your parcel within 7 working days.
