Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Asali. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 31 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you order does not arrive
If your item was in stock at the time of order and does not arrive within 14 days please contact us immediately.
If your item is faulty or damaged.
If your item arrived in a damaged condition, please email us with photographic evidence and we will arrange a full refund.
The item is not what I expected
If you are dissatisfied with your product and would like to return it, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with details of where to return it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
No refunds or returns will be offered on personalised items.
If the item was damaged when you received it (photographic evidence required) we will refund the cost of the product plus the shipping. If you elect to return the item for your own reasons the shipping costs will not be refunded.
