Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Asali. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following purchases are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty:
- personalised items
- bespoke items
- sale or clearance items
If your item is faulty or damaged.
If your item arrived in a damaged condition, please email or Whatsapp us with a photo. We will either ask you to send it back or arrange a collection.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
The item is not what I expected
If you are dissatisfied with your product and would like to return it, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note as follows:
- Refund minus the postage costs within 14 days of receiving your purchase
- Exchange within 21 days of receiving your purchase
- Credit note up to 30 days after receiving your purchase

If your order does not arrive.
If your item was in stock at the time of order and does not arrive within 14 days please contact us immediately. If you contact after this time we are not obliged to replace or assist.
No refunds or returns will be offered on personalised items.
Sample sale or clearance items
No refunds or returns can be offered on sample sale items
If the item was damaged when you received it (photographic evidence required) we will refund the cost of the product plus the shipping. If you elect to return the item for your own reasons the shipping costs will not be refunded.
We use Royal Mail and DPD.
