We use Royal Mail and DPD delivery services.

The cost of shipping is predetermined by the web-shop. We will let you know when your order has been dispatched. We do this by sending an email that will state your order has been completed.

Personalised orders can take up to 10 days before they are dispatched.

First class orders (non-personalised) are usually but not always dispatched the following working day.

Weekend bags and travel bags enjoy free delivery and we use DPD for this service.

International Shipping

We charge a flat rate of £65 for International shipping. If your item is small we can refund the difference in postage once we have sent it out to you.

Shipping to Jersey

At the current time our webshop will automatically charge you the international shipping rate to send to Jersey. Please note the actual cost of shipping to Jersey is significantly less and we will refund the difference to you once the order has dispatched.

If your order does not arrive

If your item was in stock at the time of order and does not arrive within  7 days of the dispatch confirmation please contact us. If you contact after this time we are not obliged to replace or assist.

Personalised items

These can take up to 10 days to complete and be dispatched.

Special Delivery

If you require your gift within 2 working days please select Special Delivery at the checkout. This is a guaranteed service. (excl August 1-14th 20203)

Please note, if your gift is a bespoke item Special Delivery is advised however we cannot provide a next day service due to the processes involved.


These items are made to order and require a minimum of 5 days to be prepped and treated once the logo has been applied to your product. Due to the delicate processes involved we cannot offer a next day service on these items.


If the item was damaged when you received it (photographic evidence required) we will refund the cost of the product plus the shipping. If you elect to return the item for your own reasons the shipping costs will not be refunded.
